For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

• Opened or used perfumes

• Gift cards

• Digital products

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

📦 Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will replace or refund your order.
